Dr Low top 3 selection criteria of staff are Integrity, Faithfulness and Emotional Quotient. In this time, most people are educated but academic qualifications only tells that one are more analytical and logical and in today, it is more difficult to have candidate that posses the above 3 criteria as the new generation of people tends to be generally more self centred and less passionate in what they want to do. So the question is how do we size up Integrity, Faithfulness and Emotional Quotient. Is there any interview questions or tests that we can measure this traits in candidate that we interview?
